Including your order number and the email address you ordered with lets us answer in one reply instead of three. If it is about a damaged or incorrect delivery, attach a photo.

What we can help with

What we cannot help with

We are not a veterinary practice and we cannot diagnose or advise on your dog's health. If your dog is unwell, please speak to your vet.

Response times

We answer within one working day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday.
